At Starred Journey, we believe that the journey is not just about creating unforgettable experiences it’s also about leaving a positive impact on the world around us. That is why a portion of our annual gains is dedicated to supporting blind and visually impaired children in Serbia.
This initiative is a deeply personal commitment of our founder, Miloš Lazić, carried out in loving memory of his late brother, Marko Lazić. Together with the humanitarian organization Serbs for Serbs, this work is helping to provide essential tools, technology, and resources to children who face daily challenges due to visual impairment.

About Me
I am a Culinary Maestro and hospitality professional with an international career shaped by Europe’s and the United States’ most respected fine dining and luxury hospitality environments. I began my career at Hyatt Regency Belgrade, where I was trained in classical service standards and operational discipline.
In Europe, I have worked with prestigious institutions such as Hotel Splendid Montenegro, Kempinski Hotels, and select fine dining restaurants across the continent. These experiences allowed me to cultivate a deep understanding of classical cuisine, tradition, and the understated elegance that defines true European luxury.
I later held senior roles aboard Seabourn Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruise Line, overseeing fine dining operations for an international, highly discerning clientele. In these roles, discretion, consistency, and impeccable execution were not expectations, but standards.
Following this, I expanded my expertise in the United States, working within exclusive fine dining establishments and high-end hospitality settings. These experiences refined my approach to operational excellence, innovation in service, and delivering bespoke culinary experiences to a sophisticated clientele.
Today, I provide bespoke private chef and catering services for individuals and corporate hosts who value refinement, privacy, and thoughtful detail. Each engagement is approached with calm confidence, classical technique, and absolute discretion delivering dining experiences that are seamless, personal, and quietly exceptional.
